Delicious sushi. The price-performance ratio is hard to beat!

It was okay. The last visit was a few years ago. It seemed to me as if everything was getting a little old. The selection doesn't vary much, so I would have liked a little more momentum and a variety of ideas, as this kitchen has a lot to offer.

Poor quality salmon, the rest was okay but not very good. 5€ for a few Edamame is ridiculous, driving you to their all you can eat offer. Sadly, the Fuji's lunch is pretty much exactly the kind of all you can eat sushi why all you can eat sushi has such a bad reputation.

Very little variety and not good on taste

Hot dishes were cold. Controls nowhere to be seen. The idea of ​​a band with sushi is very nice, however, not if the dishes have been on it for hours. It was clean.

Very good sushi shop, we were happy to visit, ate delicious, would come back if we didn't live so far away.

Great concept. Especially at lunchtime with a good price-performance ratio. Staff from friendly to shy and sometimes poor knowledge of the offer. But we liked it. Only the selection left a lot to be desired at times.

Good food at Running Sushi, but some dishes were rarely and then not at all: spring rolls, dumplings, but also sweets, for example. Instead there was a lot of octopus salad, which didn't go down that well that evening. Pity! Everything was very clean and appetizing, but more choice would be good!

We were there for the all-you-can-eat dinner and were able to eat sushi until you drop, miso soup, crackers, fruit and desserts for € 19.90. Small desserts, edamame, nuggets, spring rolls, algae salads, nibbles and coleslaw were also on the line. The sushi itself was rather average and there wasn't much variety. Some plates had been going round for hours and didn't look quite as fresh anymore. Nevertheless it tasted good, we felt very comfortable and the waiters were super nice. A good address for casual sushi lovers, maybe not for real lovers :)

We had lunch at this restaurant without knowing it's an "all you can eat"; the restaurant has two doors and there was no mention of this at the entrance we took nor anywhere at the sushi belt, and the waitress did not mention anything either when she greeted us and took our drinks order. We found out when we asked to pay and the waitress (or owner?) thought it was us who should have asked about this. Apart from this, mediocre quality sushi and very limited selection, what looked like raw tuna had such an unusual color that we didn't take any, and some of the food (sushi and other) that was going around did not look freshly made. And last but not least is questionable hygiene; the entrance door to the bathrooms (visible in the dining area) shined with greese and stains in day light and people would just pop in the restaurant to use the bathroom without talking to anyone (2 during our short lunch) and this during Corona time! I just cannot make any sense of the positive reviews posted for this place online and felt compelled to share our experience. Wow this was bad!

The sushi are on the conveyor belt and pass, if you sit in the back you have last choice. Sushi has no taste, and in my opinion it is not a fresh fish. Little choice much the same and little taste. Can't beat the Dutch sushi. Never come here again.

Good food non stop

There is really nothing negative to report here. It's the best sushi I've ever been served in my life. Nothing noticeable, just good cuisine as a specialty. Ingenious compositions. The Beethoven of Asian cuisine.

Was for the first time eating sushi. I have to say straight away that it's not mine. I'm not a fish lover, yet you could enjoy the food. Service was very friendly. I would recommend this location to a sushi lover!

We have ordered more often at the Fuji Sushi Bar. Unfortunately, we live away from Trier and have to pick it up. But for a good quality I like to drive to the town. We always order by phone. The staff is very friendly and the German language very good (that's not always so). The preparation is quick and is always ready when we pick it up (whether in the afternoon or in the evening). We still get spring rolls on the house. I think that's great. That's why we keep coming back. Even if the prices can not be compared with a discount store. The quality but not synonymous. It is always fresh, is very handsome and tastes great. I'm ready to pay a little more. We have not eaten there yet, but the bar makes a good and clean impression. The treadmill is always well filled with different products. We have to do that on occasion. Conclusion: Unlimited recommendation for the Fuji Sushi Bar

Sushi was alright but no big choice. There was maybe about 3 or 4 different type to chose from at lunch menu. That’s too little of asking 11 EUR. The waiter was very friendly.
